Experience
Syaphumelela Construction is 100% black Empowerment Company based in KwaZulu Natal, founded in 2011 by M.C Sikosana (Managing Member) after identifying an opportunity in the Construction industry.
Menzi Cyril Sikosana is an experienced entrepreneur who worked as a plumber and a painter for more than one year six months , he also worked as a bricklayer for four months. During few months as a plumber and a painter he obtained experience and a sound knowledge of construction industry, he then decided to establish his own venture.
As he was working in the construction industry he also obtained skills and experience in:

Is a DUT alumni who obtained her diploma in 2018. She is an experienced Sales and Marketing officer who has worked as an estimator and sales consultant for a corporate company that deals with advertising on paper an PVC materials.she is also has experience with extensive public relation skills and has an extensive approval rate in product knowledge
